Human Resources Generalist
Aga Trinidad serves as our Human Resources Generalist. With over 10 years of experience, Aga was previously responsible for coordinating open enrollment plans, HRIS implementations, customer service support, employee benefit issues, leave of absence, 401k administration and company benefit programs. Aga’s prior roles include working with various sized companies from several industries including HR outsourcing, retail, law, and professional services. She also has prior experience as customer service support in a call center setting, including tech support and conflict resolution. Aga is passionate about delivering quality service and providing solutions for her clients.
Outside of work, Aga enjoys spending time with her family, fitness, outdoors, cooking and traveling. She is married with three children.
